The download of DeltaPatcher comes with two versions, a normal version and a lite version. We specifically went with the Lite version as it already does more than enough. Three things are going to be needed here and they are the patch, the patching tool, and your N64 ROM. DeltaPatcherLite as well as whatever xdelta patch you need can be downloaded right on this page here. The ROM can be downloaded from a ROM website as we aren't hosting them. When you've downloaded everything, go ahead and extract them.
Open up DeltaPatcherLite. The program will look like this:
Now in the Original file spot, you'll put your ROM. In the XDelta patch spot, you'll put the .xdelta patch. You can then hit Apply patch. That's it. Yeah that simple. You can go ahead and rename your ROM if you like. Otherwise enjoy!
